To Patience Sisco, widow and proper Administratrix of Thomas Sisco, deceased. Whereas the said Thomas Sisco is as aforementioned deceased, died intestate, said having while he lived and at the time of his Death goods and chattles, Rights & Credits in Divers places within the said County of Kent by means whereof the full Disposition of all and Singular the goods and chattles Rights & credits which were of the said deceased at the time of his Death and the Granting Administration thereof and also hearing the Accounts Calculations and Reckonings of the said Administration and the final Discharge and Dismission there from unto me are Manifestly known to belong. I desiring that the Goods and Chattles Rights & Credits of the said deceased may be well and faithfully Administered and converted and disposed of the (unclear) do grant unto you the said Patience Sisco in whom Fidelity in this behalf I very much confide full power by the Tenor of these Presents to administer all and singular the Goods and Chattles, Rights and Credits which were the said deceased at the time of his Death and faithfully to diposed thereof and also to receive collect and recover all the debts whatsoever which to the said deceased while he lived and at the time of his Death were owing or did in any manner of way belong and pay the Debts in which the said deceased stood indebted, so far forth as the Goods and Chattles Rights and Credits of (unclear) extend thereunto according to their rate and order of Law chiefly of well and truly administering the same making a true and perfect inventory and Consumables in Appraisement of all and singular Goods and Chattles, Rights and Credits of the said Deceased and exhibiting the same unto the Registers Office at Dover in the County of Kent afr. on or before the sixteenth day of October next ensuing the Date hereof and rendering a Just and true Account of your administration on or before the Sixteenth Day of July which shall be in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and Forty nine being solemnly Sworn thereunto And I do ordain and constitute you the said Patience Sisco Administratrix of all and singular the Goods and Chattles, Rights and Credits which were of the said deceased at the time of his death within the Limits aforesaid, Saving harmless and forever indemnifying the said President myself and all other Officers by Reason of your administration aforesaid. In witness whereof I have caused the seal of said office (I use) to be hereunto affixed at Dover in Kent aforesaid this Sixteenth day of July in the Twenty Second Yearof his Majestys reign.
